I’m a mindbodygreen certified health and wellness coach. I work with people in seasons of change when personalized care is needed. Together, we build healthy lifestyle habits and confidence so you can thrive in a way that reflects what matters most to you.

I have a background in program management, public health, and specialized training in health behavior change, including additional training in peri/menopause and functional health; and I have worked through many of my own health challenges. In partnership we focus on your vision for health, your values and strengths, and build simple actionable strategies to move you forward.
